Night footage actually surprised me — the HDR pulls plate numbers out of dark streets where my old cam just showed blur. The supercapacitor is a nice touch too, no battery swelling worry in summer heat.

The 4K footage is genuinely sharp — I can zoom in on a plate from two cars back and it's still readable. The supercapacitor is a big plus for me since my car sits in the sun all day.

The night footage is what sold me — parked on a dark street, the HDR actually pulls plate numbers out of the shadows instead of leaving them a blurry mess. It's been through a full summer of sitting on my dash and the supercapacitor hasn't complained once.
