I mainly wanted to cut the dashboard glare on sunny drives, and this clip-on did the trick. Reflections on the windshield are noticeably softer now, and it didn't mess with the 4K footage at all. Just keep in mind it works best if your tint film isn't too dark.

Night driving got so much clearer once I snapped this on — the glare coming off my windshield basically disappeared. It just clips onto the lens, no tools, took maybe ten seconds. Worth noting it doesn't do much if your windshield has a tint film, which caught me off guard at first.

Nighttime glare from oncoming headlights used to wash out half my dash cam footage, and this filter cut most of that reflection off the windshield. Took a few seconds to clip on. Just know it won't do much if your glass has that factory tint film.
